Customer Excellence in Scotia Gas
HiveMind Network members worked with the Customer Leadership team in Scotia Gas to help design and implement new ways of working and customer journeys to enable Scotia to reach the top of the Ofgem league table in Customer Performance.
We worked as part of a collaborative group co-creating new customer experiences, and implementing new technologies using agile delivery techniques, lifting the Customer Experience to a higher level.
The change involved experts from both our Business Innovation and Design, and Accelerating Business Change communities.
