Enterprise Agility in Northern Gas

HiveMind Network members worked alongside colleagues in Northern Gas Network to help radically change the way in which business change was addressed.  Moving from a traditional slow moving model with siloed thinking and behaviours to a modern approach of highly collaborative teams using a variety of agile and co-creation techniques to deliver new customer and colleague experiences. ​ In less than eighteen months we helped reduce the “Ideas to Life” cycle time by 80%. The change involved experts from all of our communities of excellence to support the development of the Customer and Digital Strategy, design and coach new ways of working, transition to new technologies and champion agile thinking from the board room to the field operatives.
