Our Expert Practitioner joining process,
and why we take it so seriously
Many "networking platforms" simply want to sign up members, any members, to showcase growth to investors and keep the money rolling in. Within HiveMind we profoundly believe that growth cannot be at the expense of quality of membership and the values we hold true.
The key question we always ask ourselves following the Expert Practitioner interviews is "Would you put this person in front of your best client?". It quickly became clear that the number of people a good member trusts at this level is typically only a handful. In fact, the number of nominations from each member is only between three to six people. Something we refer to as the "rule of five". A good indication of how seriously we take nomination.
So we need to be clear...
We do actually want to speak to you if you apply to join the HiveMind community, it's not an automated form filling process!
Our desire to maintain quality means we'd rather have 2000 outstanding expert members than 20,000 average ones, just as much as we would rather only work with ambitious, challenging client members rather than "maintain the status quo" folks.
This is our DNA. It's our passion. If it's yours then we'd really like you to connect.
