Ben is an accomplished executive leader with a passion for transforming businesses into forces for good. With over twenty years of experience in driving innovation, breaking new markets, and accelerating business transformations for clients across various industries. As Co-Founder and CRO Ben leads a dynamic team dedicated to helping our clients design and execute innovation and change initiatives.

Ruth is an award-winning executive leader with over 25 years of experience in strategy and operations. Ruth has collaborated with world leaders in the tech, health, and insurance sectors. As the VP of Consulting Operations, Ruth is passionate about placing customer centricity at the core of every task, process, product and activity.

Juliette Price is an accomplished finance leader with over 20 years of experience across various sectors. As the Head of Finance at HiveMind Network, she ensures excellence in financial operations and compliance. Her strategic acumen and dedication to financial integrity are key to driving the company's growth and stability.

Ian is a veteran consultant with more than 40 years of experience across multiple verticals such as Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Manufacturing and FS&I. His pragmatic and commercially astute approach to problem solving and leadership has served him well and led to multiple senior roles in large multi-national organisations, including a residential period in China - where he headed up a major transformation effort in telecommunications.

Lauren is our Marketing Executive and has five years' experience of B2B marketing working in technology and consultancy companies. She specialises in social media, campaign creation, communications, branding and copywriting, helping to shape the way HiveMind connects with members, clients and the wider community.

Maame Arthur is an accomplished senior finance professional with over 5 years of experience, known for her unwavering commitment to excellence and expertise in data analytics across commercial, administrative, and accounting domains. She ensures meticulous alignment of day-to-day operations with established policies and quality standards, earning her a reputation for reliability and efficiency.

Cari is an accomplished facilitation and engagement consultant with over 20 years experience in the public sector and business consultancy. Cari was recommended by a contact and joined HiveMind as an Expert Practitioner in 2019 - 3 years later, drawn to the culture and ethos of the Hive, Cari joined our team with a remit to invigorate the member Network and deliver success across all sectors.

Colleen brings a diverse professional history to the table, with experience as a teacher, a professional actor, and craft beer industry worker. Her expertise lies in problem-solving, planning events, and assisting others. Drawing from her diverse background, she consistently challenges traditional perspectives to craft dynamic activities, events, and workshops. Colleen plays a crucial role in guiding HiveMind experts from their initial introduction to the network to realising success within it.

Nadia is dynamic Client Success Partner, with over 20 years experience working in the field. With a strong client success background in finance and resourcing, Nadia is adept at interpreting and addressing client needs and all stages of the engagement process. 

Nadia is passionate about connected collaboration, believing that true success is measured not only by achievements, but by the lasting impact on people.

Jason brings with him 5 years of recruiting and resourcing experience in consulting, technology, finance and accountancy across agency, internal and embedded recruiting platforms.

As Resourcing Manager, Jason is responsible for both client and internal recruitment, with a focus on ensuring network talent aligns with our capabilities to guarentee successful delivery for our clients.

Holly has over 20 years of experience in customer-facing roles, bringing with her a wealth of expertise from her previous employment at a global organisation having held roles in different departments including Events and Marketing and the Client Success team. She is a master of organisation and efficiency and thrives on managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless operations.

Ian has held senior commercial and delivery roles, at both the regional and global levels, across business change, operations and IT for over 35 years. During this time he has worked with clients from diverse sectors including Banking, Utilities, Manufacturing & Life Sciences. As a Consulting Director, Ian loves working with smart, capable people who are committed to making a positive difference to the clients HiveMind works with.

Tracey has had a long career in finance both in practice and industry, with a proven track record of managing financial operations. As part of the Finance team she helps drive the team meeting tight deadlines. Her experience and business knowledge has helped HiveMind define their finance processes.
